The rooms are facing the front corner with 2 big windows, but unfortunately, they are noisy and lack essentials like dressers and enough towels. The service was lacking, with forgetful staff and issues with the rooms. The dining experience was average, requiring multiple requests for missing items. However, the location is safe and convenient for sightseeing around Santiago.
